It has been a busy couple of weeks for the Club Washinkai España. Last Saturday 23rd of March there was a demonstration and workshop of karate at the opening of the new Lady Elizabeth Secondary School Campus on the Cumbre del Sol. Over 2000 attended and took part in the celebrations of ONE SCHOOL ONE/SITE.
On Saturday the 23rd March 2019 at 12:00 all students of Lady Elizabeth School at the Cumbre del Sol are invited to a demonstration of Karate techniques and self-defence. On Friday the 1st of March, the Washinkai España Karate Club set off for the first time to the Madrid Wado-Ryu National Championship. The transportation was paid for by The Town Hall of Jávea as the club was representing the whole of the Valencia Province. The team from Xàbia was made up of 14 competitors:
