This Sunday 16th of May in our Benitachello dojo, from 10:30 until 13:00 we will be hosting a self defense course with Sensei Pancho (Francisco Gómez) 9th Dan in Goshin D.P.P.I, 8th Dan in Koryu Jitsu and 7th Dan in Nihon Tai Jitsu. Needless to say, he is a very high level practitioner and teacher, and there is a lot that you can learn in this course. The course will focus on defense against knives, sticks, blunt objects and general assault. Any students participating must be at least 14 years of age or be at blue belt level or higher in order to attend and the cost is 5€. Don’t miss out!
